We Love Pets!

Life can be RUFF. Relax in comfort with your furry friend at your side!

Pet Policy:

Pets welcome upon approval, breed restrictions apply. Limit 2 pets per home. Pet deposit = $300 per unit. Monthly pet fee = $35 per pet. All pets must be licensed, spayed/neutered as required by local ordinances.

We warmly welcome pets at Fitz on 14th apartments in Aurora, CO. Our community considers pets part of the family and features a dedicated bark park. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
